Christopher Chruickshank sourced the NRM drawings for the wheels and I intend to
model them in strict scale of 17/32 but wonder if 9F builders have any comments
to make with regards the final detail e.g. Crank throws, axle size.
I will up load the 3D drawings to the Yahoo group files area when the first of
the set is finished.
Constructive comments would be much appreciated.

Hi Francis,
the 2½" does indeed have a set of standards and I've uploaded a copy to the
files section. These do appear to differ in certain areas from the Gauge 3 ones
so you have a choice!
I would imagine that the Gauge 3 ones have been altered to suit the running
conditions on their much closer to scale track rather than the passenger hauling
tracks used by the 2½" Society.
