Well, it's been a while since anybody posted
anything, hasn't it?<br>I was just home (UK) in October for
a week. <br>I didn't notice much of a change, even
though I've been gone since 1990. Harrow, of course was
unrecognisable. I managed to find the old Gateway, however (now
the Rat and Parrot) but was disappointed to find that
the majority of people drinking in there, were at
least 20 years younger than me! <br>I moved on to a
couple more pubs, but they were filled with "youngsters"
too...Where do all the people from my past, drink these days?
Where are you? I'd hate to think that you are sitting
at home in your armchairs, watching telly. Please
tell me it isn't so...
