Hi all, we are intending to go to the Heathrow Gym (on green lane) on
Thursday (29th Nov.) To celebrate Amy's first birthday. We would love
to be joined by any of our friends that can make it (I know it's short
notice, it sort of crept up on me!).

We aim to get there at about 10 am, will stay for a couple of hours and
then have a birthday cake in the picnic area.
