Refresh my memory with the details of the 10% challenge.
Hatfield Town Council is still my landlord for another two months so I don't want to ruffle feathers there just yet. Also it is HTC facilities we plan to use on 28th June.
I do not have any difficulty ruffling feathers elsewhere.

Hi all, I'd like your help to initially lay this challenge at the feet of the following three authorities;
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council
Hatfield Town Council
Hertfordshire County Council
And then roll it out to all the others in the County.
I/we will need accurate figures and contact details/email addresses for all concerned.
Please let me know if you'd like to be involved and I will begin trying to make inroads with the media to get some coverage.
