The minutes for December and the agenda for January are now available
on the Yahoo! group for collection. Their location is noted on the
standard email that the Yahoo! group has already sent to you.

I would be grateful for your review of the minutes and the agenda.
Both documents are short this month. The minutes brief you on what's
happened; the agenda briefs you on what we need to think about for the
year ahead.

TPA finished phase one of its recruitment drive on 31-Dec-07. A next
phase will undoubtedly follow, but we can continue with our own drive
in each of our branches in Hertfordshire, sending our local members to
help as and when required.

In addition, we can continue with other matters, i.e. preparing the
ground for issues that are likely to arise later this year.

The first meeting of the year is thus likely to be all about
brainstorming and diaries!

Would you reply to this group to annouce your intention to attend (or
not attend) the meeting this coming Monday?
