I would be grateful for your review and comments on a draft presentation now on the Yahoo! group, "draft- pres- Benefits and tax credits.pdf".

So far, the presentation contains:

a raw overview of the benefit system;
a general outline of how tax credits are calculated;
the start of the commentary, i.e. why this is such an inefficient way to deliver benefits and thus use public resources.

As you can see from the last slide, I am at the point of collating evidence to establish the extent to which the benefit system is fiscally inefficient. This seemed like a good point to place a draft on the group for your interim review.
