Subject: [stalbanstaxpayersalliance] Re: Monthly meetings/Asda/PLI
Tuesday 6 - yes, let's meet then.
Change monthly meetings to Tuesday: let's discuss later.
Asda leafletting: hasn't happened, let's re-plan at the next meeting
or at the May Farmers' Market.
Public liability insurance: I think this whole issue is utter
bullshit! No citizen requires public liability insurance to walk the
streets and talk to people. I can talk you though the issue either on
the phone or at the next meeting.
At least the St Albans Maltings had the honesty to tell us that we had
to leave the premises "because we're not spending money".
Kind regards
Martin

members when canvassing in public. I popped into the Howard Centre in
WGC and was told that we would needed PLI before we would be
considered and having made further inquiries it appears that we must
have PLI whatever we do in public, so I assume that includes the
Farmers Market, Car-boot Sales etc etc?
