With immediate effect, this Yahoo! group will change its name
from "stalbanstaxpayersalliance" to "hertfordshiretpa".

You will already have seen two messages from the group telling you
that the name has already changed.... that's the way the group
apparently works! A third one is on the way, changing it
to "hertfordshiretpa" for good.

Consequently, please update your address books, spam whitelists and
favourites to adopt the new name.
