Berkshire has great home education groups try putting heroes into your search engine and you'll find some wonderful info, plus there is always NHEO yahoo groups has a home education group that meets for skating ,eductional trips and socail gatherings!
Give them a try and see!

Hi everyone,
My name is Anita. I have 2 young children, 41/2 and 2. I am going to home school them. This is something my husband and I planned to do even before we had children.
I would love to get in touch with more home educators in the area. We live in Maidenhead and would like to meet up with people in and around East Berkshire... and beyond!
I have struggled to find local groups and would appreciate any information you may have. I am still a bit vague about the process here (things a slightly different in Belfast re HE, where we had been living for 5 years).
