Hi everyone

Thought I would just keep everyone updated to whats going on at
Heroes

Heroes is starting back on normal on Tuesday 22nd April. Alot of the
youngsters have gone on a 6 day sailing trip which is why we are
late going back

Teen Challange was another brillent success with over 40 teenagers.
The highlight of the event being the Lazer pulsar shootout and the
camp fire and disco.

We are hoping to have a teen challange weekend in the summer with a
camp over. I will post and let everyone know the dates

Heroes is open three days a week and looking at extending to four
days 10am - 4pm and this term we have lots of exciting things on
offer.

Tree house project
Mini Film and music festival
Rain forest cafe visit
Theatre visit
Horse leadership programme - this has been so successful that we are
going to continue running it

Please note we now have use of a minibus

This term we have drumming/guitar/steelpans/woodland skills/cooking
on open fire/cookery classes/IGCSE Biology Study Class/Singing/Song
writing spanish/IGCSE Maths Study Class/IGCSE Business Studies
Class/Circus skills workshop/car mechanics taster
course/Art/Pottery/colourcoding/makeup/coaching/+ we have just
taking on Neville Ray, Kickboxing champion to do our sports
programme on Wednesday. He will be covering all sports

The pool will be opening late may/early June

The animal farm will be back with us shortly we are just waiting for
our pens to be built, shortly we will have the addition of a
shetland pony with go with the goat, sheep, pig, rabbits ducks and
guina pigs.

Teen drop in day is every Thursday and is £10.00 per child which
includes Warhammer and cooking. This way you can attend the camp
without been a member.

Mini ha ha's is for the younger group and they will now be meeting
every other Thursday. There is a fantasic schedule for this group if
you would like more information please let me know and I will put
you in contact with the person who is running it. Please do not just
turn up for this group you need to be booked in.
