Hi,

I'm a single Mother to a 7 year old. I am seriously considering
homeschooling - she's just never fitted into school and as a result is
becoming increasingly withdrawn, low self esteem, etc. However, I
would like to homeschool for her primary education with a view to her
returning to mainstream at 11.

Has anyone else tried this? Does it work? Can a child successfully
return to school after being homeschooled?

This is a primary consideration for me in my decision to homeschool, so
I would love to hear from anyone with experience of this and how their
child coped/adjusted.
