Sorry just saw your message, Im in Newbury, my boys are a bit older 8 and 10 but there are other children younger. We have a small group in Newbury that meet up once a month at Crazy Club in Thatcham. We used to meet up every week in the summer outside, bit cold now. We play football every Thursday in Cold Ash and hang around after if its warm enough.
We join the Reading group, Basingstoke group, Oxford group and Swindon group occasionally for educational trips that they are organising if it is something that the boys are interested in.
If you join the Berkshire group there is reminders for the Newbury meetings
