I must agree with you. It was a fantastic gig.
Being a 16 year old female and living in Derry, 4 hours
from Dublin, it was the first gig i was at. Also i'm
very under-estimated as a fan. From the age of 9, when
i first heard "Supersonic" on the radio, i have
been a mad fan. When i told people i was a fan of
OASIS, most people laughed at me saying "Do you even
know what they look like?" Well what a fan i am now
and what a gig the Dublin concert was, for my first
one. Also being in the same elevator as Noel Gallagher
in Jury's hotel around the corner from the stadium
at 6.40pm july 8th 2000 made it even better, though
freaking out and being a stupid b******, i couldn't say a
word to him. i just smiled at him, returning his first
as he held the lift open for me, as i almost missed
it in shock. I really had no reason to tell that,
sorry. Well, what can i say that hasn't already . A
completely brilliant, electric gig, and for the band...well,
no words can describe them. No words would do them
