There's always resistance turning the wheel when stationery so don't
worry about that...... sounds obvious but make sure the pressures are
right. Did the fault appear after the new tyres were fitted? Did they
tighten the wheels up?!! Check for any play in the wheels and the rear
swinging arm. Wheel alignment shouldn't be out as presumably, the bike
was ok before, it's not adjustable and will only be out if the bike's
been involved in a crash.
