Firstly may I say a big thanks to those who answered my query about the
difference between new and old etc.

Secondly, I am now the proud owner of a 1999 DV with just 30k on the
clock. I picked it up today and am very pleased with it, however I have
one problem that is obviously a rider induced fault, and that is at low
speed (cornering, traffic, roundabouts etc), I throttle off and the
engine shuts down very quickly which can cause me to wobble and will be
uncomfortable for a pillion passenger, plus it could throw me off in
the wet. I counteract it by slipping the clutch and get a much smoother
ride...... What am I doing wrong please......
