Computer is Definitely Dying!   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #43 of 75 |
I honestly don't know how long I have until this six yr old laptop
bites the dust.

Its sound card is dead, the network ports have gone unreliable as
to connectivity, and I am very nearly out of hard disk space, with
output from modern apps taking more space than a 27GB hdd can
reasonably be expected to handle.

I am currently racing to do the following:

A: post to all Groups I own both on Yahoo and
in other online communities to apprise members
of this situation

B: make all the videos I can out of the current
set of hypnosis MP3s before the computer dies

C: update as many web sites as feasible; some
have PHP errors that must wait until I have a
more stable computer

D: use DVD and ext drives to back up all multimedia
productions so that they are not totally lost

If I disappear for an extended period, please assume
the machine has died and I am trying to obtain another.

(Any calls made to the Hypnotic Enchantress Sapphire
OR Hypnogoddess recordings on Keen/Niteflirt proceeds
will be used for the purpose of computer replacement;
the same applies for all downloads from any monetized
video sites such as Clips4Sale)
