Metacafe, the latest site I have found to monetize
videos through, doesn't allow monetization as I may
have mentioned until a video has received 20,000
or more views, with an average rating of 3.00 or
more.

So far, I've uploaded seven videos, only one of which
has broken 1,000 plays. The average rating is 2.50.
I need all of these to break 20,000 as soon as possible.
I also need much higher ratings than I have received
to date. So rate as you view!
