Today's Education Guardian has a supplement called 'Forward Thinking -
Building a better case for ICT' with articles such as "The shape of
things to come"... Haven't had chance to read it yet but at first
glance it seems quite focussed on Technology & Infrastructure

I can't find it on the web... it may not be there yet or perhaps my
searching skills need some attention. I'm the one that couldn't find
the Semantic web article either... No hope!
