You'll notice the reference in the Abilities chapter was to a
'Movement and Terrain' section, while the actual chapter that now
exists is 'Movement Guidelines'.

I kind of realised that the movement -rules- in the first draft needed
trimming down, to become less wargamey. Somewhere along the line, the
Scale Sheer Surface rules got lost.

I can't remember the original rules, but my suggestion is that you
just get a +10 modifier to any attempts at climbing.
