Welcome to our project "work group" at my yahoo.
We will use this space for colaboration and project development
Please do as follow:
1. Introduce yourself briefly, our project is starting and we want
to know you, your skills and interests. Do it at:

2. Official information FILES are the final decistions of the board
of project managers. We intent to work in horizontal management, but
we espect to have many members, then certain kind of organization is
needed. Accord responsibility few of us (and is open to every one
who shows interest and concrete work), will take the organization
role. The decision will be taken by the board of the project. We
will obviously ask your for feedback always...we are now creating
the project so, we need participation from everybody.
3. POSTS: Project development and discussion,the e-mail group will
be used for that, clearly.
4. FILES: We sugest you to read the project history, to be well
infomred about what we have been doing.
5. POSTS: FILES: Tasks for team members, and needs of teh projects
will be announced at teh TAsks -working area.
ORGANIZATION
Is very important for you to know how we are organized at the moment.
A. the project have two circles of participation.
The external circle is for the ones who just start their
participation, we give you the possibility to read clearly organized
information and participate. Do concrete work and shwo your skills.
The INternal circle, is based on the project members that have been
working on the project already.Is just a first coordination group
taht takes responsibility now
There are no necessary qualifications until now to have access to
the inner circle of the project. The reason why you start at the
external circle is a practical one: is more easy to ask you that way
directly for the help we need, and we just want to know you slowly,
and welcome your work and help. You will receive at the external
circle, at this group, the same information as the oens at the iner
circle
The only difference is that at the internal circle, the work is
quite more complex, and will be obviously more interesting for you
at the beggining to just enjoy and learn about the project.
When you feel you are ready to join the inner working circle just
tell us, but please be sure you did first some work with us, and
knwo very well the story and goals of the project.
