CONTROVERSIAL disc-jockey James H Reeve is leaving Key 103. The
55-year-old's contract to present the radio station's late-night
phone-in show finishes at the end of the month and is not being renewed.

In a turbulent career, Man City fan Reeve has had stints with the
former BBC GMR, Piccadilly, Century and Talk Radio. A spokesman for
Key 103 said Reeve's departure was amicable and had been a mutual decision.

Simon "Nicksy" Nicks will be the new presenter of the Key 103 talk
show from July 30. Anthony Gay, programmes director at Key 103, said:
"Nicksy has a wealth of talent in radio broadcasting and a strong
affiliation with Manchester."
