I don't know if we still need spoiler production for the previous
week's ep but just in case

since Rodney said that copying or removal of the data in the seed
capsule/carrier would irreparably damaged the biological sample -
then why couldn't they have copied the data after the capsule had
done the 'seeding' and was awaiting reactivation once the biological
samples had evolved far enough along? seems a logical solution to me
- the biological sample(s)/material(s) would no longer be in danger
of damage and the capsule's memory/data would still be there - right??
