Okay... I wanted to tell you that your new vid was really great, too.
The song is perfect for the two of them. I really love it!!

And to the comment to chapter 26... I wanted to write it yesterday
(yeah I finally read it lol) but I totally forgot it because it was
like "Oh have you packed this and that?". And now we'll go in a few
minutes. I just want to let you know that I'm away and that you don't
have to worry. But the chapter was really amazing by the way. (And the
cliffhanger... OMG!)

I'll post the comment when I'm back. I promise.

Hey Kurinoone I really like your vid! There's such a tremendous
difference between your Harry and cannon Harry it's amazing! One thing
I really thought was cool was how you switched images between cannon
characters and how they look in the books, to how they look in your
fic, like between Bella and Voldemort. The lyrics also matched
perfectly and the whole "look into my eyes and see my world" fit
great. Nice vid! Can't wait for more in the future!

is awesome..and ur stories just rock!:) i loveeee reading ur fics and

i usually dunt like to read AU fics..and this was my first one and i
simply loved it! i actually like the dark harry and feel soo sorry for

something like that,a deal. Prophecy for Compass. Poor Harry,
dealing with Voldemort taunting him, acting all sweet and caring. I
bet that hurt him just to keep his cool. And with the thought of
going home he takes the deal.
Ok here is what I foreshadow...I have a feeling this deal wont work
out. If this is the same as cannon world, the Order will be watching
the prophecy VERY CLOSLY. He prob get caught by Dumbledore or
someone from the Order. But knowing Harry something like that will
happen. Meaning more action! *hint hint ;)*

Mistakes (at least I think):

'mad mat' = 'mad at'?

Harry considered this. He knew that Voldemort could very well do that.
He also knew that Voldemort could make Harry steal the compass and
then destroy the compass anyway. He couldn't trust him, not Voldemort,
not again.

'Voldemort could make Harry steal the compass and then destroy..'
should be 'Voldemort could make Harry steal the Prophecy and then
destroy..'

Now, my question is at the end of the chappie why didn't he pick up? :(

The answer to your question, Harry didn't answer the phone at the
end because his mind was still on Voldemort and the deal he had
agreed to. He wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone. (He doesn't
realise that his parents will get worried!)

I know that some people have said on fanfiction that they don't like
the canon Harry's story very much, but I really like it. I think you
had a really great idea in splitting the chapters between the two, and
i read canon Harry's story just as avidly as I do for AU Harry. They
seem just as equally important.
btw. I started doing some sims stuff for 'the darkness within' and I
think I might actually be able to do this. I don't have time at the
moment to do any serious work on it, but I will definately be working
on chapter one at some point and see how it turns out.

Soo... I'm back again and I saw that you posted the next chapter and
I'm very happy because I haven't read it yet (that's what I always
say, isn't it? xD). I was only a few days in France and I think it
was a good thing because if I hadn't been I would have checked out
every night and day if there is a new chapter. XD

Awww... Harry and his powers. Can't help but to think about
Voldemort's face if he finds out how good Harry REALLY is. (AU Lucius
hasn't seen Harry in duels often, has he? I think I can remember
something like this oO because if he hasn't seen him often, he can't
have memories about it and we know that Voldemort has Lucius
memories. Now you have me thinking again. lol)

Canon Harry is sooo polite and shy and everything. If I look at AU
Harry ... he never would say something like this.

I didn't think about Harry talking about that but I really loved it.
Harry is such a good person and it somehow fits him really good that
he is the one who brings the topic up.

I again wish he had a family in his world, too. :( But luckily he has
the Weasleys and Sirius :).

I just love this scene!! And his idea of a family brings tears to my

It's really good that he told them that. ;) AND THAT JAMES WANTS TO

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I KNEW IT! (I said that before, didn't I?) So
cruel... but such a fantastic cliffhanger. Good now I am really
excited but if I read the chapter now, I can't sleep tonight. (Okay I
don't know if that's true but I want to have it till tomorrow)

Sooo... Voldemort has seen the memories and I am looking forward to
see his plan.

The next chapter title (The Deal) sounds great by the way. But I have
a really bad feeling about this...

France was great! Sorry for letting you wait again for so long, but
school started again this week and I wrote an English class test this
week too. (I hope it went well... time was way to short to write
everything I wanted lol)

Okay… let's switch to chapter 27 - The Deal

My feeling is a lot worse now but like always I'll start with the AU
world. (Yes, I read that part xD)

Aww.. Christmas (I'm looking forward to Christmas in Canon World) is
great.

It's so good that they talk about this. *sighs* It would be so much
easier if they would talk whenever there is something.

I think it is very good that they don't scream at each other.

I am so happy that he was there. It is so good to know that Draco has

Awww... I loved their conversation. Very well written!!

I know I'll say something to this later on in this comment when I'm

LOL ... Ah!! Remus.. I always knew that there is something why he
is/was a marauder.

spinster." Sirius told him.

"What? Why?" Damien asked.

"Well between James and Harry, no boy would have managed to get to
you." Sirius explained.<<

LOL! If I hadn't been laughing before I would definitely at this

The good mood was away so abruptly and it was so sad again :(

Harry fought hard against the effect Voldemort's voice had on him.
His voice was the same, exactly the same. He spoke in the same

I know Voldemort can speak. He manages it so well that people can't
help but listen to him. But Harry, you know him. You know he isn't
the same person. He made other decisions. He isn't your father. He is
using you. (Can't really see that) I hope he will see it before
something bad happens.

Maybe if Draco had told him about his parents, Harry could find the
connection.. but he hasn't.

In return for the compass. He won't play fair. He could fake it and
give the fake one to Harry. Hopefully Harry will see this and will
learn to handle him.

I know now that Dumbledore will have an important role in this story.
I really hope that the end will be that Harry can live with
Dumbledore and that he can see through his hate and not that
Dumbledore will be dead. Now that I think about it is better that he
wants the Prophecy and not Dumbledore's dead body. That would be
really cruel.

Voldemort's face betrayed a second of fury before he hid it behind
his mask.<<

LOL! Only Harry can threat Voldemort like this. And hopefully we'll
see him angry before it is too late.

With James, Lily, Ginny, Remus, Sirius, Damien or Draco. It doesn't
matter. If he'll tell Damien I hope Damien will remember the promise
he made. And I think Harry should tell Ginny too because they
promised each other not to keep things from each other. He should
talk to them. He should even talk to the other Harry. Hopefully he
will.

I hoped so much that he would the decision after he talked to someone
and not before. Please let him tell someone about this. I know that

find out what Voldemort is playing at and I really hope that Harry's
lesson won't be too hard.

Hey Kurinoone,

I was just wondering (and I know many other excited readers are too
lol)when the next update will be...It has been what 16 days since an
update. I hope everything is okay and your family and you are in good
health. Me on the other hand grrr I have had this cold for a week now
and its just running me down especially at work were I have to watch
40 some kids (I am so glad its friday!). Anyways sorry thats just me

Sorry to everyone for the delay, I've had a rough time. My baby, Zara
fell down and hurt herself. She ended up fracturing her tiny wrist, my
poor baby :(

I was busy taking care of her so I couldn't finish the chapter. I
finally managed (writing during her naps and late into the night) and
to make up for the delay, I've given you a long chappie! That should
make up for it!!!

Hey!

I'm so sorry for the delay. Real life gave me a good kicking! My
youngest baby had a playtime accident and ended up fracturing her
wrist. I've been spending alot of time with her (since she is my top
priority) and I couldn't finish at my usual timeline.

Hey there, I hope your daughter is getting better, I don't have a
child myself, but close enough and I absolutely hate it when he get's
hurt.
As for the story... I haven't reviewed here before, and I can't really
remember if I've ever done it on ff.net, but that's beside the point.
I absolutely love your stories and recommend them every time someone's
looking for something to read.
One of the things I love the most is James. He reminds me so much of
my dad, it's almost freaky. He thinks just like him, acts just like
him (like when he's mad at either of the boys and won't talk to them
for days... I hate it when dad does that :S) and treats his family and
friends just like him. It's really amazing.
So, now I've told you why I love the stories in general, now for the
chapter :)
I love how you manage to show all this care between the characters
without making the story overly dramatic. You can feel the worry at
the beginning, and a little later, the relief when Harry answers the
phone, even though you knew all along that he was perfectly safe.
Well, to be honest, I just love it how you manage to write emotions
strongly enough for me, and probably lots of other readers, to feel
them right along with the characters.
I can't help but think that your Harry is getting himself in a bit too
much of a trouble this time. Making a deal with Voldemort which no one
knows about but the two of them, and then having Dumbledore making
plans about him behind his back doesn't sound very good to me. But I'm
happy he didn't tell Damien about his deal or even his meeting with
Voldemort. I'd have made Damien worry, James suspicious and then
Damien would have had to lie to him again (something I learned some
years back not to do with my dad :P). Cannon Harry I feel sorry for
plenty of time. He isn't as pathetic as many like to think, although
compared to your Harry, he's very different. But I still won't say
weak or pathetic. His biggest problems are his self consciousness, his
uncertainty and the way he's been kept in the dark for so long in both
worlds. He has a chance there to be with the family he could have had,
had things have been different in his world, but it's got to hurt,
looking at them and knowing they'll never truly be his. And that
eventually he'll have to go back to his world where he's all alone
again. I noticed Damien thinking how forgiving cannon Harry is, and
how it somehow made him sad that his Harry would never be like that. I
think I understand both Harrys pretty well. Cannon Harry has never had
a real family although he's always wanted it, therefor, family members
should be forgiven for almost anything in his eyes. He's also been
told countless times ever since he was first left on the doorsteps of
his aunt and uncle, how worthless and freakish he is, his self esteem
therefor isn't very high and so he's desperate to be liked. Therefore,
he'd forgive almost anyone as long as they'd like him in return. Your
Harry on the other hand, had a family even when he was growing up. A
weird family yes and a family who constantly lied to him, but in his
eyes a family none the less. Then when he realized what had been going
on, he still had a family, just a different one. Voldemort taught him
not to forgive betrayal, and so when Voldemort himself betrayed him,
he didn't forgive him. So because of everything that's happened to
Harry, betrayal and lies are things he has a really hard time
forgiving. Lies because he was brought up in a web of lies, and
betrayal both because he feels he has experienced it more than once,
and because he was taught not to forgive that. He has no trouble not
forgiving family members, however distant they may be, because in a
way, he takes family for granted. Of course, this is just the way I
see it, maybe you see it totally different :)

Wow this got way longer than I originally planned for. Bottom line: I
really liked this chapter, as usually, and I can't help but wish you'd
just continue writing stories for your world forever (yeah, I know:
dream on...). But I guess I'd just better enjoy it while it lasts.

Hey!

I'm so sorry about your daughter, I hope everything's okay now. She
will be in my prayers. I don't have children of my own, except if
you count my parakeet, he is my baby. He calls me mommy and gives me
lots of kisses. I feel awful when he gets hurt. I get so scared and
just want to hold him close to my heart tell he is better.

Now the review...I like how you show everyone's emotions so clearly
how you drawl in your readers to the point that they are actually in
the same room. Now that is an accomplishment :) I wish I could write
like that...Any secrets to give? I liked the comparison of Harry on
the other line talking all calm to them then everyone else
especially Lily and James completely freaking out. It made me laugh,
cause thats just a Harry thing to do lol.

It was nice that you added more bonding between canHarry with Remus
and Sirius. I really liked that a lot. Also with the Petunia issue
that sure caused many sparks. I'm glad that James was able to
convince Lily to go see her sister, cause like James said later on
she will regret it and then it will be too late. Petunia is Lily's
only sister, even if they don't get alone, she will always be
family. Those two, Lily and Petunia remind me of my mom and my mom's
mother relationship. They don't have a good one but at least there
is some effort to stay in touch.

Onto Damien...I liked the comparison of the two Harry's and how he
figured out how DIFFERENT they both are. It completely makes since,
being on how both of them were raised and brought up extremely
differently.

In the Cannon world: Oh now that was hilarious with Snape and Harry.
I love when those two talk lol. First Snape threatens thinking he
has Harry stomped then Harry comes out and throws his own threat.
With those two its an on going battle. Funny one I might add.

*"The Dark Arts." Harry answered.* oh that made me laugh. I'm sure
every mouth in that room fell open on that one lol. I find it ironic
like Damien pointed out earlier that Harry is teaching DA in this
world (and enjoying it) but he won't teach in his world.

And now you pick it up...Dumbledore finds out. *"Son?" Dumbledore
repeated almost under his breath. "Voldemort called him `son'?" he
asked himself.* I bet that freaked poor Dumbledore out when Snape
said 'Son' and Voldemort in the same sentence. I like how you made
this conversation go, having Snape throw all his suspensions out to
Dumbledore while he soaked it all in. Then Dumbledore's plan...ohhh
I think I know how this will turn. He's going to try and find
answers with Snape involved. This shall be good!

I'm glad that Damien finally told Harry about the Malfoy's. *"Tell
dad because I think, I think when Harry's scar hurts with that sort
of intensity, it means that, it's possible that Voldemort is there."
Harry said.* Wow that connection was perfect who would of thought
that Voldemort could come to Harry's world. Well now it looks like
Harry is involved, rather he likes it or not, being now that his
family is at risk.

I can't wait for more ;) Most of the pieces are coming
together...This will be good!

Hey Kurinoone just wanted to say how much i loved the chapter! I know
i'm really late since i read it the first day it came out, but i never
have time to spend on the computer anymore due to school. But i just
wanted to say a few quick words about it since i haven't reviewed in a
long time.

Au world
The concern that James and Lily show for their son just makes me so
happy! It's touching really! They really care for him and i can't
believe they continue so strong. I want Harry so badly to open up to
them or somebody about seeing Voldemort! It can't stay secret for
long. Nothing it seems does in this story (not that I'm complaining).
The whole Harry and Damien phone call was suspenseful. Perhaps a
little foreshadowing of what's to come? I don't know guess I will have
to wait to find out. Before I go on to the Canon world there was a
quote that made me laugh so hard!

"Well, Draco is a strange young man," Lily said as she collected James
and Harry's empty mugs. "But once you get to know him, he, well, he's
still strange but you don't mind it as much."

Nice work that was hilarious!

Canon world
The talk between Harry and Snape was fantastic! I really want
Dumbledore to know about Harry so that harry can hopefully gain some
trust for Dumbledore (I don't like it when he bashes him) but it is
Harry so that's just his personality. The Snape and Dumbledore talk
gave me chills! I hope their plan is put into action next chapter! So
the dark arts in the DA should be interesting can't wait for that!
Then Harry finally finding out about the Malfoys was suspenseful as
well since they now know they have a built in warning system for when
Voldemort decided to drop in for a visit. Can't say I'm not excited
for that!

So much for a few words right?
Oh well i can't say anymore i have to go! Please update soon! I know
it's been a while so I hope your daughter is feeling ok! I hope she
gets better and will keep her in my prayers!
