This Lambada Class is the only one of it's kind in London, with the
emphasis on strong dance principles, students are encouraged to work
from the center, to look at weight,musicality, developing
flexibility
and strength. This is a class for people who want to learn Lambada
with a solid foundation utilizing other dance styles such as jazz,
contempory and ballet. A lot of people have commented that the warm
up is one of the best ways to unwind after a hard day and prepares
you beautifully for the rest of the lesson. As a result,it's the
most intense beginner/improvers class around and yet conducted in a
relaxed way, fun way. So if you want your Lambada Zouk to be a

Class starts at7:30pm (£3)followed by dancing. A nice atmosphere, a
