Apple and Raspberry crumble:

1. Peel, core and chop up 2 granny smiths apples and place in
baking/casserole dish.
2. Add loads of raspberries (and/or blackberries).
3. Make crumble by mixing 6oz oats, 4oz soya margerine and 2oz brown
sugar. Mix well until good consistency. If you need more crumble make
at above proportions.
4. Add crumble to cover all fruit.
5. Bake at 180-190C for 20-30 mins or until crumble edges go dark brown.
6. Eat and enjoy.

I made this a few days ago for my friend Raksha - she also recommended
adding a little mixed spice to the fruit and it worked! Oats are a good
substitute for flour - ideal for coeliacs - and pastry is generally
more difficult to make than oat based crumble.
