On Saturday 8th December, vegetarians and vegans from across the UK will be taking part in the "biggest ever mobilisation of vegetarians and vegans on environmental grounds!!" The annual Climate March & Rally in London is expected to attract up to 30,000 environmentalists. Veg*ns will march in support of the campaign and we`ll add our own message - "Fight Climate Change with your Knife and Fork!!".

Midlands Vegan Campaigns intends to organise coach transport to this event, but we need to assess the level of interest before the coach is booked. The coach will pick up at the following locations and times:

 

8.30am - Birmingham Post and Mail Building, Colmore Circus, B`ham City Centre

9.15am - Redditch Magistrates Court/Shipleys Bingo, Redditch Town Centre

Seats will cost £12 waged and £6 unwaged. There will be a toilet on board but we will also stop at services on the motorway. The coach is currently scheduled to leave London at 5pm, but may be earlier than this. We are not asking for payment at this stage, just an indication as to how much interest there is, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you are interested or if you would like more details. If you leave it too long before getting in touch, you may well find that the coach has been called off - we need to hear from you NOW!!!
