Veggie Month Activity in Redditch

September was Viva!`s Britain Goes Veggie Month, when thousands of their supporters held all kinds of events to promote the veggie diet. The theme for this years veggie month was the environment. Here in Redditch we donned chefs costumes and `carved up the planet` in order to demonstrate the devastating effect the meat and dairy industries have on the environment! News of the event featured in both local papers, and one of our members managed to get a fantastic eco veggie letter published.
