the end draws to a piece of history

there was rather an emotional and difficult decision made about the
future of hendy pool story has been covered in my blog above

plus yeterday on the 4 to 6pm radio wales show there was a live
interview made at the pool, the interview was held at 4.50pm into the
show and will remain on the bbc web site for the next two weeks

as stated in my blog the community council have invite officers from
carmarthen county council to attend a special meeting to discuss the
future of the pool and park area in hendy and are meeting later in the
month

the pool committee and community council were given till the end of the
month to make a decision lease the pool with immediate effect or see
the lido lost forever
