Dear lipid-friends!

I was wondering if anyone here has used solid phase extraction to
separate phytosterols to prepare for gas chromatography? I've tried
some different cartridges (silica 60, C-18, silica bonded with
aminopropyl) and many different eluents but i haven't been able get
very good results.

Does anybody work on the same matters or has a good suggestion?
