I didn't want to go down that route because it would be likely to
take longer for anyone to get on the group in the first place, as I
don't have time to check my emails (never mind reply etc.!) every
day, but if you are sure you have the time to do that, then that
would make a difference.

I would think people who join this group would generally like to know
about live shows as soon as possible, so I do feel it important to be
able to keep it up-to-date as far as possible and I couldn't
guarantee to do that alone.

The rubbish messages seem to be getting worse (in content - though I
am only going by the subject headings! - as well as the number), so I
do feel we need to do something about it. We need this to be
a "safe" group for ALL ages, quite apart from the nuisance to us all.

I will give it till the end of the month and we will see what
everyone else thinks, but that could be a solution.
