OKay so I have finally got round to setting a date for the CASMES
live show.
I plan to have this show on September 8th. **This is provided the
hall
is available**
It will be held in west Lincolnshire, hopefully in the same hall as
the
Lincolnshire live two years ago. Everyone who attended that show
agreed
that the hall was absolutely ideal.
Show entry fee will probably be around £14 non members and £10
members.
This may go down depending on how many entries I get and how much
sponsorship we get.
I do plan on this show being a qualifier for both BILS and MECS so if
someone could get in touch regarding that I would be most grateful.


Just a quick question how many people will be able to make this show?
and
how many would be able to make it if the hall was booked for the
saturday
and I ran the show on the sunday instead? Would the weekend before
(sept
1st) be any better?
I need some idea of numbers before I book as I will need at least 14
people
to attend to make this show financially viable.
