I'm finally back online and would like to apologise for my absence
and thank everyone for their patience and help, most especially Sue!
I had an email from William Johnson (Breyer UK) who was unable to
attend as he had a virus - disappointing, but we wouldn't have wanted
to catch that (!) and he couldn't come if he wasn't feeling well
anyway -hope he's better now.
Also messages from Jane and PyscoFalcon - sorry you couldn't make it,
we missed you - maybe next year?
I would be pleased to hear from anyone with their comments - if
you've been before, was there anything you missed from previous
shows, anything added that you specially liked? Did you prefer the
show jumping or handy equine?
If you haven't been before, was it pretty much what you expected - or
better, or not so good? If the latter, what would you have preferred
(or would you rather have a 'normal' show?!)?
Did you like the sandwiches etc. or would you rather bring your own
packed lunch? Which sarnies did you like best and were there any you
would prefer not to have (either that you tried and didn't like or
didn't try because you know you don't like!)?
Were you happy with the little certificates? Or would you rather pay
a higher entry fee and have ribons or rosettes? Or even no awards at
all?
Any other thoughts or comments?
Those of you who are Members of MODEL HORSES Unlimited (or who join
quickly!) will (hopefully) get pictures in your next Newsletter.
Others, I hope to get some on the website later and if anyone has
their own online I can put a link on the website if you let me know.
Thank you everyone who came for helping to make it a very enjoyable
and fun day.
See you next year?!
Marian (and Penny).
