Rules & Good Live Show Etiquette
- Please do not touch any models which do not belong to you without permission.
Simple You Break it, You bought it!
- In performance classes, maximum 2 entries per class, per exhibitor.
- In Inhand classes, maximum of 3 entries per class, per exhibitor
- In Ridden classes, rider must be present
- Ribbons will be awarded to 4th place in each class. In large classes, HC's may be awarded at the Judges discretion. Rosettes to Champions and reserves.
- Large classes may also be split at judges discretion
- Models in breed classes must be tagged, or have a slip of paper or card stating their breed. Must be in full
e.g Arab X Welsh Section B. Any models without all the correct information required will not be judged.
- The Show Holders or the venue accepts no responsibility for any models lost or damaged at the show, or any other property.
- Newcomers are exhibitors/competitors whom are under the age of 16, and who have been in the hobby for two years or less at the time of the show.
- The judges' decision is final.
- Models placed 1st and 2nd in each class will qualify for the Championships. In each division there will be a Champion, Reserve and Reserve to Reserve. Champion and Reserves from each division will then compete for the OVERALL Show Champion.
Show Information
Doors will open at 8:30am for a PROMPT 9:30am Start
There will be ONE HOUR allocated for lunch. During this time there will be tables available for anyone who wishes to sell anything. There will also be raffle tickets available to purchase. The raffle will be drawn after lunch.
Most judges will be pre-appointed, but others may be asked for during the day for certain classes
Entry Fee is £15.00 per person, which includes a light buffet style lunch £5.00 For Proxy showers. Spectators are free, unless they would like lunch. Lunch for spectators is £5.00. Please inform the show holders before the closing date of the show if you would like to eat.

SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP
Raffle:
We are looking for donations for raffle prizes. Monies raised from the Raffle will be dontated to THE ILPH in Snetterton, Norfolk. Does not need to be horse related.
If we get lots of kind donations, the raffle will be drawn out of cups.
Sponsorship
Any profit rasied from the Suffolk Live Show will be donated to The International League for the Protection of Horses (ILPH). To help raise monies, we are asking for kind sponsors for individual classes and sections/divisions, to help cover the cost of the prizes, and to then raise more money for the above more than worthy cause.
