I was planning a catalogue with the stallions divided by breed.

Then the representatives of each breed would come into the ring in
turn, along with any offspring if the owner wanted to bring any, and
the owner could, IF they wanted (not compulsory), tell everyone a bit
about their horse(s).

Then they would all be on their owners' tables for mare-owners to go
round and inspect more closely, have trotted up (!!) and ask any
questions, etc.

Fairly informal, a good way of getting to know a bit about each others'
horses.

Hopefully also a few sales tables etc. .....
