Hi everyone,

Please take a look in the files section for the schedule and entry form to the
Bonfire Bonanza Live on the 7th and 8th November this year. Please take a look
through everything before sending me your entry form. Knowledgeable judges will
be pre-appointed.

Entries will not be accepted without a completed entry form and entry fee.
However, if now is not the right time for you please let me know if you would
like to enter at some point, but I do need confirmed entries before the end of
September. This is not necessary if you just want to come and spectate. At the
absolute maximum the show can accommodate 13 competitors per day with big
tables, and a further 18 with small tables. If there are more people wanting
bigger tables this can be accommodated but will reduce the overall number of
entrants to 22. Still quite a few! So I hope everyone who wants to come can be
accepted.

If you have any questions please let me know. And if you fancy coming and
spectating or helping just let me know. Stewards, judges and general handy
people are very welcome!

I will also be advertising on MHCC-UK group and the MHU group/mag. And LEMS and
MECs will be contacted regarding qualification.

Note: I am away working from tomorrow until the 16th so if you send entries by
post they will be acknowledged when I get back. I full show entry pack will be
sent out to entrants in early October.
