I've been bed ridden for 2 weeks, hence, not posting for a while!

I have taken over from Stephen Harris as Essex Recorder for the

Sightings: Been in suffolk all day getting dusky wabler but had a
goosander fly over Blackhorse Road today.

I'll be outr most nights next week in hope of early birds such as
willow wabler, whitethroat, blackcap etc.....

Hi Charles, As nobody else seems to have responded, I will. I've no idea about your particular swan's origins. It could be a new escape or more likely a feral...
