Hi Tish,

Glad you liked this :-)

Much better this than never seeing any of it
because it didn't quite make a story. A great
sort of character study. This makes all of
the houses now?<<

Yes, it does - I was a bit surprised to realise
that myself! Though I haven't done a Ravenclaw
Ron yet ....

>>You're one of the few authors I can think of who
would ever dare to have James and Lily divorce or
have the sort of unconventional partnership they
did in the Hufflepuff!Harry stories. I like it.<<

*grin* I've seen James and Lily divorced a few
times, but it's usually so that James can run off
with Sirius! Or Remus - I think I've seen that
once as well. I don't think it would work quite
like that in this one, but there's room for
Sirius/Lily later on, possibly. If that doesn't
scare people off! And if I decide to write it,
which is not very likely at the moment.

>>I thought 1. was the most original, 15. made
me giggle, 6. was the saddest and 20. made me
smile in an "awww" sort of way.<<

No. 1 was one of those 'defining moment' things.
15 I'll admit was an ad-hoc thing inspired by
realising that Harry could pretend to be a post
owl. The relationship with James in 6 grew out
of Harry being a Ravenclaw; I think he'd naturally
be a bit more serious and reserved and I didn't
think that would sit well with the rather
immature James. As for 20 - well, of course
he loves his mum :-)

Anyway, I'm glad you liked it, Tish :-)

Cheers,

Mad Martha
