She's not the one doing it. Grouply access means that you give them your account info, and they take over it, then send invitations to the groups and people in that person's contact list, as well as people who are in the same group. Very, very annoying.
There are also rumors that Grouply might be selling email addresses to porn sites, since many groups received porn spam after their members joined Grouply.
The best thing to do is remove her from the group, maybe send her an email telling her to get a new address.
