In a way I quite like writing about him recovering, because it's an interesting topic to work with, but I miss him being his usual robust and ornery self too!

There are a few things.  The main thing I'm working on at present is a Two Households prequel about Sirius and Remus.  It started as something fairly small (for me!) but it didn't feel quite right when I finished it, so I kept going and ... now it doesn't seem to want to stop.  It's more than twice its original size!  But hopefully I'm reaching a point where I can draw it to a natural close.  It's a little bit tricky, because while the timing means that there's no way I can connect it directly to the main stories, I feel sure that no matter where I stop it there will be readers who want to know why I chose to stop it there rather than somewhere else ...  Oh well, we'll see what happens.

 

Anyway, as I mentioned to avus in the previous message, I did post some snippets of fics in my en-of-year post on my LiveJournal, but I'm wondering now why I didn't post them here as well.  End-of-year brain leakage, I think, for which I apologise :-)

 

I will post them now.
