Presuming that the problem IS the keyfob (more than likely) then try a search on
ebay for a replacement.. obviously look for the exact same type.. pictures are
worth their weight in gold..
They are available from the dealers, but will be very expensive, as they will
tell you some blurb about coding it to the car, and that it takes a long time..
i.e. money.
