You still need to check the plugs.. mainly for the condition, but the colour
will give an idea how it's running.. give em a clean, and check the gap..
usually 1.1mm

Leads definitely start to breakdown and give misfiring and bad running.. 100K...
I would change them, they're well overdue.
The dealer ones can be expensive, Ł60-Ł70, but keep away from the very cheap
ones.. plan to spend around Ł35-40 and go for silicone ones as they last
longer..
