Hi,just a little update on the project.Got a KLZE engine this week
from "Nippon Auto Spares" in Derby.Nice guys to deal with and the
price was good too.Came with all ancillaries including VAF(which is
one of the items needed cos its calibrated to the engine).They have 3
left so if anyone wants one I would'nt waste any time.First thing I'm
going to do is clean the engine,take off parts I don't need(a.c.
pump),change cam belt,take throttle body for boreing and modify
butterfly valve.Parts I still need to buy are, stainless steel headers
and down pipe,MX6 ecu,chip for the ecu(Hi Ian hope you read
this),performance clutch.I,m not a mechanic so this install will take
a while (my MX3 is my daily runner and I work 10 miles from home)and
some careful planning.I have quite a few mechanic mates so I'm going
to try and arrange a "scrapheap challenge" style do in a day job.
