Ah yes, the Autozam label was a Mazda attempt to tap into a different
domestic market, another one was Eunos. The picture was so
complicated that Japanese friends can't explain it!

I think it likely that all the Autozams were 1500s, but that there
were 1600s also marketed domestically by Mazda, so you could get
either. The difference is less than £5.50 a month, and considering
the price of Mazda spares......

Usually, an independant aircon specialist can source a suitable
condenser much more cheaply than obtaining it from a Mazda dealer.
Try ringing a few - the chance of the AZ3 using something different
to other MX-3s must be minimal.

Hi, Never heard of AV3, but all the MX-3s with 1.5 litre engines are imports, and all the UK models are 1.6s and 1.8s. I have no personal experience of parts...
