If you get a KLZE ECU, you should have no emissions problems, and it will match the VRIS points. I know the EGR can't be used, but that is for reducing Oxides...

Make a fiberglass and resin mould by taking out the original lamps and moulding the new lamps in by taping the area first and then apply the glass and resin...
