Finally the time has come.
Monday we set off for our week long holiday to the Otway Ranges. Tenby harbour
has been hemmed, the centre stitch marked, and all safely packed, along with the
knitting bag, loaded ipod, camera and bag of books.
It has been some time since we have had a proper holiday, not rushing from one
family crisis to the next, this break has been planned with military precision.
The cats have been booked into the cattery, (please don't mention this out loud
in their presence), the three corgis have their bags packed. The youngest, of
course, keeps unpacking his.
I always take far too much "stuff", but I am hoping for a mostly wet week, so I
can relax and stitch, knit or read. With a few dry breaks to take the dogs to
the beach.
Until next week

P.S. It took a lot of willpower to keep the Tenby kit until this break, it has
been burning a hole in the "to-do" pile for weeks
