things seem to be a little quiet lately, is everyone on holiday?

We are back from the Otways, retrieved the 2 cats from the cattery, and I love it when they are so loving, I hope they now appreciate the good things in life.

I was hoping for wet and icky weather, but true to form it was glorious. Sunny and not at all windy. Our routine was set so that we did touristy and holdiay stuff in the morning and came back to our cottage to rest up, so I did get Tenby started, the light was so bright on our veranda, I had to move inside to work with the pale colours..... ...

Since being back home and back at work, the momentum has slipped a bit, of heck who am I kidding, it has stopped. Being deepest darkest Winter there isn't any light to work with in the evening, and artificial light doesn't work. Ask me how I know...
