All,
Rather than trying to track down all the contributors directly, I
thought I would just post this on the mailing list to check.
Does anyone have any objections to their photos (from Milk Float Corner)
being used for this book?
If I don't receive any objections by 9th June, I will give the go-ahead
to use the pictures.
Thanks.
Tim.

Hi Tim
At last I am ready to start assembling pictures for our electric
vehicles book.
At this point I am expecting it to be published in September-October
this year.
I would like to use photos from your excellent website, as previously
discussed
if you can let me know if all are ok, or if we can't use any.
I need to know within the next two weeks - at that point we start
assembling the book.
(Next stage after that is to identify where we have 'gaps' - in info or
pictures, and chase them down).
It should be 'completed' by the end of May, but then if anything comes
in late, it can be squeezed in, in place of something less interesting,
before it goes to print in August-September...
Photos from your lists - in most cases, where there are a number of
views of similar vehicles, we'd only use one.
Those marked ** are especially interesting - but I'd like to be able to
choose from as many as possible

Yes, I'm afraid there is something on every page!
Maybe one, maybe a few - we expect to squeeze in 100 to 150 pictures -
we usually do in this series of books.
They are A5 size, 32 pages, but we shoehorn a lot into them!
Sorry if it means you have to contact all your contributors, but if you
provide the addresses of those who allow use of their photos, we will
send a free copy of the competed book to each of them in the autumn.
If you prefer, for privacy purposes, you can keep their addresses
confidential - I will send the total quantity of books to you to send on
to them.
What about the sales brochures on the site? can we copy parts of them?
Your website will be given due thanks in the book for any assistance -
as well as individual contributors' photos.
Cheers
Rod
