Hi all,
I'm new on this list, thought I was the only oddball that was looking
at using a former milkfloat for local transport and now find that I'm
one of several :-)
As I'm new to this, I'm trying to find out where is best to look for
buying a milk float, how much I can expect to pay for one in
roadworthy condition and of course how much I am likely to be stung
for insurance.
I'm an engineer and enjoy repairing old vehicles so I'm not afraid to
buy one that needs repair so long as I have an idea of what faults are
likely to be expensive and what is likely to just cost time and
effort, so any advice gratefully received.
Cheers,
Martin
