If that's the case then I suspect the cells have all but destroyed
themselves and you're about to discover the economic reality of
lead-acid powered vehicles. I'd keep a voltmeter hooked-up inside the
cab and turn back when it drops to about 65v off-load. You'll probably
be able to reverse from where you are at the time.

If your batteries are dead and you like to live life on the dangerous side i can recommend giving each cell a good stir and kick back into life AT YOUR OWN...
