| Hi Dave, Just had a quick look thru Piccys. Very good although a little bit later then my days on the milk. My last "float" was a twin rear wheeled Transit, with overdrive. Top of the range in 1987 and there were only two in London in those days. I would start at 1 in the morning and deliver to Schools Restaraunts and hotels garages and the Royal Albert Hall. Also garages and shops and covered an area from Tooting in the south to North Kensington in the North. I did between 70-90 miles a night. It was fair to say unless I was required for any other duties I was back in bed by nine and occasionally earlier. Saturdays were a delight I only had half a dozen calls. Untill Dairy Crest came along I never even had to collect Cash. Not a bad way to round off my life on the milk and I even got a pension.
